Session Fees
Individual, couples, and family therapy sessions are $160 for 50 minutes. I offer 80-minute sessions for $180.
Before scheduling a first session, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation, which gives us a chance to briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you’re interested in getting started, please reach out! I am accepting new clients in May.
-
Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept major credit and debit cards, including HSA.
-
I am a private-pay (cash-pay) practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility in treatment, and freedom from insurance-driven limits on care.
It also allows me to coordinate care and spend more time curating treatment for each client.
-
Some clients choose to submit a superbill to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. This is a monthly statement that includes the cost of treatment and usually requires a diagnosis on file.
If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fee.
Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.
-
Yes! I hold a small number of reduced fee slots for clients facing financial hardship. Please reach out if you think this may apply to you.
