Session Fees
I offer individual, couple/partner, and family therapy with a focus on depth and meaningful change.
Ongoing sessions are $180–$200 for 50 minutes.
Intake sessions are $250–$270 for 80 minutes. This allows space for a more thorough understanding of your history, relationships, and goals.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Before scheduling your first session, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation, which gives us a chance to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
-
Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept major credit and debit cards, including HSA.
-
I am a private-pay (cash-pay) practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility in treatment, and freedom from insurance-driven limits on care.
It also allows me to coordinate care and spend more time curating treatment for each client.

Some clients choose to submit a superbill to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. This is a monthly statement that includes the cost of treatment and usually requires a diagnosis on file.
If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fee.
Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.

Yes! I hold a small number of reduced fee slots for clients facing financial hardship. Please reach out if you think this may apply to you.
What can I expect from the first session?
The first session can bring a lot of nerves… understandably!
Before we meet, you will have completed intake paperwork with information about what brings you in and some history about you or your relationship.
When you arrive (in person or virtually), we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk through your current concerns and goals. There is structure to the session, but also plenty of room to shift and follow what feels most important in the moment.
My hope is that you leave the first session feeling understood and with a clearer sense of what our work together can look like.
