  • Intake sessions are 80 minutes; $200 for individuals and $250 for relationships.

  • Sessions are offered on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule.

  • If cost is a barrier, please ask about sliding scale options.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. (Scroll down for more info.)

Before scheduling your first session, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation, which gives us a chance to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Superbills & Out-of-Network Benefits

Many people are surprised to learn that their insurance plan may still help cover therapy, even if they don't see an in-network provider.

While I don't bill insurance directly, many plans include out-of-network benefits, which means you may be able to get a portion of your session fee reimbursed. If your plan offers these benefits, I'll provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company.

If you're not sure whether you have out-of-network benefits, it's worth calling your insurance company to ask. Here are a few helpful questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?

  • What percentage of therapy costs will be reimbursed after my deductible is met?

  • Do I need preauthorization?

  • Are services provided by a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate under supervision eligible for reimbursement?

Every plan is different, so reimbursement can vary widely. Some clients receive a significant portion of their session fee back, while others may not have out-of-network coverage. Your insurance company can tell you exactly what your benefits look like. You may be pleasantly surprised!
