Accepting new clients in May
I provide psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Currently practicing as a Therapist Intern, transitioning to a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in May 2026. I will be supervised by Michelle Engblom-Deglmann, LMFT in Oregon (T1004).
How therapy with me works
Therapy should be a place where you can drop the filter and say the hard things out loud. I believe this starts with a strong alliance between therapist and client. This means I take a long-term, relational approach. No quick fixes around here.
We’ll pay attention to patterns (especially ones that feel automatic or hard to explain). Together, we’ll look at how past experiences, environments, and relationships shape the way you respond today. Often, we find new connections that leave you saying, “Ohhhh, that does make sense.”
Most sessions involve slowing things down and putting words to feelings that haven’t had much space before. You can expect me to bring kindness, humor, coffee, and direct communication to each session.
